One for the bucket list and while it was (yet again) a very short stint, it was nice to finaly do a Xenomorph piece! Alien and Aliens like most, had a huge impact on me as a kid! Those designs are timeless.
Giger had an impact on almost every creature designer I know including myself and I've never approached doing fan work or a homage for fear of never leaving! The Queen design that James Cameron added to the lore was an incredible addition and some of the traits on her was something I wanted to bring back in to this.
Working with VFX Supervisor from WetaFX Dan Macarin very briefly on a potential for a different Xenomorph. Ultimately the film makers went with a more "classic" version of the Xeno but was great fun to have a go and finally work with Jerad Marantz who did some very cool work on this as well!
